Corporate Law Guidance offers advisory sessions, document drafting, compliance reviews, and related legal support tailored to corporate entities. We also provide informational guides and select physical materials.

3. User Responsibilities

By accessing our services, you confirm that you have the authority to engage in legal arrangements and will supply accurate information. You agree to comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by us is protected and remains our property. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute without written permission.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services, guides, and goods are due in advance unless explicitly stated otherwise. We accept major payment methods. Delays may result in scheduling adjustments.

6. Reimbursement and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Legal Services

Clients may cancel advisory sessions at least 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full reimbursement, processed within 30 days of request. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior may be eligible for a session credit valid for six months. After work on a matter has begun, no reimbursement is available due to allocation of professional resources and confidentiality commitments.

6.2 Informational Products

For digital materials, you have 14 days from access to request a reimbursement, provided the content has not been downloaded more than twice. Approved requests are handled within 14 days. Submit inquiries via our contact page.

6.3 Physical Materials

Unopened items may be sent back within 30 days of shipment for a replacement or reimbursement. Shipping fees are not reimbursable. Once we receive the item, we process reimbursement within 30 days. Initiate a request through our contact page.

7. Disclaimer

All services and products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bern.
